Yes, you can enter as many as you like as long as you purchase the right package.
Write down your goals and send them through to Jus or Ro. They can assist you as to which one you should enter
It is best to have a one on one session with Vicki prior to the group sessions starting to give you the best chance of getting that practice time in.
Yes, you can email team@workhardplayhard.com.au and we can amend. As long as this is before the challenge starts.
We can recommend different businesses to get your tan through closer to the show date
We will have a few recommendations, however you can absolutely organize your own too
We will have soooo many options! We have a basic plan for each team. We will also have recipes with calorie breakdowns if that suits you more. We if there is something you don’t want to eat on there, just email team@workhardplayhardgym.com.au and we can provide alternatives for you
No, classes are extra. If you wish to add online classes, its $15 per week. We have a lot of people paying for online and streaming the classes in their headphones while at their own gym. If you want to attend all classes
YES! We are wanting to expand out and you will be representing your gym/trainer on stage. We will also be announcing which gym you are from.
We recommend doing a one on one session with Vicki to get you initial poses. You can do these face to face or via online. This will give you the best chance of feeling confident to get to stage.
It is important that you are aware of any exercises you can or can’t do as WHPH and trainers will not liable for any injuries that come as a result of our training. If you have a physio, please follow their guidelines. We can absolutely provide some options for you to use as alternatives also.
We will announce winner at the WHPH Show. Don’t worry, if you can’t make it and you win, we will post out to you.
No. We are wanting to encourage people who are ready and financially able to take the next step to do so with our or their coaches guidance. But, you are definitely welcome to just do our show.
