WHPH Nutrition is run by Mel who is a fully qualified Nutritionist and has a Bachelor in Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University. She is fully insured. 

She has a strong passion for helping and encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle.

Mel’s mission is to assist in optimising her client’s health and quality of life by providing motivation, support and nutritional advice.

Mel’s focus is simple- to work with others to help them understand their core health and nutritional issues and to assist them with strategies to make healthy choices and sustain change.
