My name is Justine (Jus), I am the Owner | Managing Director and Head Trainer.
I utilise a combination of theoretical knowledge (obtained through group fitness training and university studies) in combination with ample years of training and more recently competitive body building.
WHPH comes from a place of having personally utilised training principles implemented in group fitness programs with positive outcomes.
In addition to this, I’m married to Rohan (Ro) and together we have two beautiful children.
My qualifications are;

My name is Rohan (Ro) and I am the Head Trainer and Occupational Therapist.
I utilise a combination of theoretical knowledge (obtained through group fitness training and university studies) in combination with years of training and more recently competitive body building.

My qualifications are;
Ro also runs a therapeutic group program within a hospital setting, including daily ‘healthy body/healthy mind-fitness’, ‘meditation’ and ‘mindfulness’ groups.
