It’s Jus and Ro from Work Hard Play Hard (WHPH) gym in Lang Lang VIC.

We have been running group fitness classes and small group PT since 2019 and in 2022, we opened a 24/7 gym and set up a nutritional supplement and active wear store, WHPH Active.

We have built an incredible community of over the past 4 years and currently have over 180 members.

Both Ro and I have competed with ANB and ICN and in 2022, coached and took our first client’s to ICN stage! We also established our WHPH ‘elite team’ who are those athletes committed to taking their training to the next level, with view to engage in competitive body building shows!

Each year, we run two 8 week fitness challenges where we offer participants of all levels an opportunity to engage in a structured training program. Our challenges have attracted up to 220 participants and again talks to our level of engagement.
